Join us for an evening of deep renewal under the energy of the full moon. This workshop combines the calming practices of restorative yoga, the healing energy of Reiki, to create a restorative and healing experience

✨ What to Expect:

• Gentle restorative yoga postures supported with props to release tension and invite relaxation.
• Hands-on and distance Reiki energy healing to balance the body, mind, and spirit.
• A meditative sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to promote harmony and inner stillness.

The full moon is a powerful time for reflection, release, and renewal. Together, we’ll set intentions, clear away what no longer serves us, and open space for new energy to flow.
