Join us for an evening of deep renewal under the energy of the full moon. This workshop combines the calming practices of restorative yoga, the healing energy of Reiki, to create a restorative and healing experience
✨ What to Expect:
- Gentle restorative yoga postures supported with props to release tension and invite relaxation.
- Hands-on and distance Reiki energy healing to balance the body, mind, and spirit.
- A meditative sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to promote harmony and inner stillness.
The full moon is a powerful time for reflection, release, and renewal. Together, we’ll set intentions, clear away what no longer serves us, and open space for new energy to flow.
🧘♀️ No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary—this workshop is accessible for all.

If you are unable to attend, a class credit may be offered if approved, provided notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.
